Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from LEBFRIP, please submit your request within 14 days of delivery.

During holiday seasons or major national holidays, you may request a return or exchange within 20 days of delivery.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be returned new and unused, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Process

  • Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Additional Return Rules

  • Items purchased during major promotions (40%–70% off) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders paid using a gift card may be returned but cannot be exchanged; refunds equal the amount paid.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate or base-layer items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Exchanges

  • Items approved for exchange must be returned within 7 days of approval.
  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • To receive a different product, return the item and place a new order separately.
  • Exchanges are processed only after returned items are received.
  • Exchange shipping is free of charge.
  • Only one exchange per item is allowed. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender will be sent back to our warehouse.
The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
